Meagan's Hair Cut

Meagan just got her hair cut and it turned out sooooo cute. She has been talking about cutting it since summer. She has spent the last month looking through magazines to find the right cut. Her hair had gotten so long and needed cut that most of the time she had it up in a pony tail. She and Jess colored it the night before she got it cut.
