We got the house!!!!

We just got the call this morning that all is a go with the house. We will sign the first set of contracts tomorrow afternoon. Then in about a week we will sign the LAST (yay) contracts. At that appointment we will set a move in date. I was beginning to think we would be in the hotel for Christmas!!!! Here are some pictures of the outside of the house.

This is a huge covered carport right in front of the garage. You could park three cars under here and another car in the garage!

This is looking from the back of the house out to the left side of the backyard. It shows more of our patio and we have a cool woodburning stove used to barbecue in or just have a fire.

This is looking at the right side of the backyard. We have a couple fruit trees and a small pond that we will do some changing with. We don't like the rocks they used. There also is a large grapevine that had tons of grapes on it. I love it. Behind our house is a large farm. They have a lot of fruit trees. We were told they used to have horses but we have never seen any out there.

This is looking at the back of the house standing in the back yard. The windows up top are the ones you look up at from the entry way. It is very cool.

This last one is looking at the front of the house. There are a lot of shrubs and trees. We are going to take out a lot of these. You can hardly get in there to trim things up. So finally there is light at the end of the tunnel and soon we can make the arrangements to get our shipments delivered. Oooh to sleep in our own bed again :)
