Matthew Snowboarding part I

Matthew was so excited to get to try snowboarding. At the beginning of the drive he was, well let's just say he was a little TOO excited. He was talking non stop and rather loud at that. It was too funny. Their instructor was great but two hours into the lesson and Matt still could not stand up without help. He had the look on his face that Dennis and I knew meant he was giving up. He took off his board and came up to us. We calmed him down, pointed out others on the hill and got him to go try some more. About half way through the day he could get up on his own and go down the small hill. He was so proud of himself. When he came in and was taking off all his gear he said "so when can we come back?" We have got to find somewhere closer where they can do this!!!!!
