We went back to Garmish this weekend. On our last visit we promised the kids we would take them back so they could try snowboarding. We also wanted to see another castle there. There was so much more snow this time. It snowed all the way there which made the drive hard and longer than last time. We checked into our hotel. We stayed in a different one this time as the other one was booked. I am so glad. This one was much nicer and the people were so nice. The breakfast was amazing which I forgot to take a picture of, dang it. So here are some pictures of the mountains around Garmish. It is such a beautiful place. I can only imagine it in the spring time with all the green trees and then with all the fall colors!!!

There is a wonderful spring festival... don't remember the name off the top of my head. therewas like a little parade and everywhere are flowers and signs of spring. It's was quite fascinating... somewhere near Garmisch if I remember correctly. I think we went over Easter Weekend. You should make plans now.
