Thanksgiving

We had a very quiet Thanksgiving. It was just our family. We had to cook the turkey a new way this year. My oven is very small and we knew the turkey was not going to fit. We bought one of those fryer things you hook up to a propane tank. We had never done it this way before. I loved having my oven free to cook all the other thinks. I did not get to make yams as I did not have the transformer to use my fry pan yet. We unpacked boxes, watched a couple movies and had a great dinner. The turkey turned out great. The stuffing, cooking in the oven did not. I will have to try it a different way for Christmas.
