Meagan had her surgery this morning at 9:30. Things could not have gone better. There were no complications at all. She did wake up a little confused and A LOT scared. She told me she fell asleep before they could do the anesthesia and she did not want to do the surgery. She also said "Am I still me" It took a bit to convince her that she was hurting and having a hard time breathing because she had already had the surgery. She just kept telling us that she fell asleep to soon. She recovered very quickly after that. We were on the road home by 1:00. She has been resting and watching movies on the couch. She even talked a bit on the phone with her best friend who had her wisdom teeth removed yesterday. They got matching jammies to convalesce together in. I think the funniest part of today was before surgery. They gave her something in her IV to help her relax and she got the giggles. It was rather amusing to watch. For some reason this site does not want to post my pictures. I will try again in the morning.

We are happy to hear that Megan's surgery went well.
Anastasia tends to have a weird effect on kids. Theresa just could not recognize us after her surgery, it took about an hour before that effect wore off.
