About a year ago we booked a room at our military hotel in Tokyo called The New Sanno. It was our school's prom night and we were not sure if we would be involved. Trying to get a room close to when you want it is impossible. We had nothing to do with prom but with the transfer we decided to go ahead and take the kids one last time. All the years Dennis was in charge of prom the kids always went with us. We had dinner at a great place in the hotel called Kikuya. They cook your food right in front of you on a grill. We swam in the pool and then had their breakfast buffet the next day. It was a great time. Here are some pictures of the kids in front of the hotel and Dennis being very patient while I took a ton of pictures.

We missed having Jess with us but we know she is where she is supposed to be. We will get to see her this summer during our travels :)
